How do I create an account?
On the menu bar there is a tab “My Account”. There you can register for an account.
Secondly, during an order you can tick the box “create an account?” which is located under your address details.
Where can I view my order details?
Log in to your account and you will see your latest orders. Click view to check your order details.
I cannot find where to log out.
In My Account you can find the log out link.
How can I change my password?
In My Account there is a link “change your password”. This will redirect you to the change password page. Enter your new password twice and save. That’s all.
Can I change my billing or shipping address?
Yes, you can! In My Account you can find your billing and shipping address. Ready to edit.

Does Mayumi no Yume deliver to my country?
Yes, we ship worldwide and free of charge! Go to delivery and returns for more information.
Does my shipping address have to be the same as my billing address?
No, you can change your shipping address with each order you make. Perfect to surprise someone with a beautiful Mayumi no Yume design.

How do I place an order?
That’s easy!
• Just add all the items you wish to purchase to your cart. Don’t forget to pick the right size and color.
• Then view your shoppingcart where you can make additional changes to your order. Don’t forget to click on “update basket” after you’re done.
• If you have a coupon this is the time to enter your coupon code and click on “proceed to checkout”.
• Here you can login as a returning customer or create an account. Remember you can also purchase items without an account. After you fill in your address details you can opt to create an account.
• Choose your preferred payment method for the final step.
• Before clicking “place order” make sure you have read the terms and conditions and tick the box to accept.
• Click “place order” and you’ll be taken to your payment method’s secured environment where you can actually pay for your order or you’ll get our details to make sure you can pay via bank transfer.
What payment method do you accept?
We accept iDEAL handled by Mollie, Paypal and direct bank transfer. You can visit payment information to learn more.
What is a backorder?
If an item is out of stock you can still purchase it as a backorder. You will be notified when your item is ready to ship. Give us 1-7 weekdays to ensure the quality Mayumi no Yume strives to deliver.
Do I receive a confirmation mail after I placed my order?
Yes, minutes after placing your order you will receive a confirmation mail with all the order details.
Is there a minimum order?
There is no minimum order required and how big or small your order is it’s always free of delivery charges.
Can I cancel my order?
As long as your order isn’t already send and on its way it’s possible to cancel your order. I can’t imagine why, but you can send an email to info@mayuminoyume.com where you specify your cancellation. We will then ask for some additional information and refund your money within 14 weekdays.
Can I add another item to my order?
You can add items to your cart as long as you didn’t pay for it. When your order is paid for you can simply create a new order.
Do I need to have an account in order to purchase items?
No, you can also pay for your order as a guest. However you won’t have access to you order details and with an account you don’t have to fill in your address details with every order. You can just login and have an easy time ordering.
